Return & Refund Policy

Each Alphabet Atelier™ order is carefully prepared and packed by hand. Because our illustrated card collections and art prints are produced in small quantities, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want your Alphabet Atelier order to arrive beautifully. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ksushadallas@gmail.com and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to cancel and refund an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after the refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
